About the app

Majors tracks our private golf competition across six rounds. Every player collects points in each round based on their finishing position, and only the best 4 rounds count towards the title — the final round counts double.

The Standings page shows the live championship table, sortable by best 4 or best 2. The Final Leaderboard shows the final round results (guests don't count) and lets you download a PDF summary of all rounds with the best 4 highlighted. Results update live on everyone's screen as soon as they are saved.

How to use it

  1. Players: just open the app — standings and the leaderboard are public and update automatically.
  2. Admins: tap Admin in the top bar and enter the password to unlock the Final Round Entry page.
  3. Enter each player's finishing position, or take/upload photos of the ranking sheet and let the app read it for you. Review the rows, apply them to the form, then save.
  4. Guests playing on the day are recorded too, but are removed from the competition — players behind them move up and take the points.
  5. Once saved, standings and the leaderboard update instantly for everyone. Use Lock when you're done to close admin access.

Add to your home screen

iPhone / iPad

  1. Open the app in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (square with an arrow pointing up).
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add — the Majors jacket icon appears on your home screen.

Android

  1. Open the app in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu (top right).
  3. Tap Add to Home screen (or Install app).
  4. Confirm — the Majors jacket icon appears on your home screen.
